Property Management Service
Service is the first priority of our Company. Our clients come to us for the piece of mind of having their Property managed as problem free as possible, but they also want us to be attentive to them any time they need information. That is the part of our service that we take the most pride in. Managing a property is why people call us, but being able to satisfy our clients with our communication with them is where we differ from other companies.
The definition of service:
"The action of helping or doing work for someone". The key word here is "ACTION" So often when people hire a management company, getting that company to act in the manner that the client desires is not always satisfactory to the client. Part of that action is to communicate with the client whenever they have the need for communication. In today's age of non verbal communication, trying to actually talk to someone can be a daunting task. We communicate the way our clients want us to communicate. If they prefer e-mail, that's what they will get, but if they want to hear a voice, they will get to speak to me anytime they desire. (I actually prefer talking over e-mail communication).
The service we provide is to not only manage the property, but to remove the anxiety from our clients about their property. Sometimes that just means making sure the rental is problem free, but some clients like to keep in touch and we are there for that also.
There is no one way to manage a clients property and each client is treated as an individual not as a set of rules that must be followed. We start our relationship with our clients and understand that relationship will change as we learn about the client. Over the years, many of our clients started out by calling us all the time, but as time has gone on, they have learned to trust us and that mean the world to us. Sometimes I call the clients just to say hello, but no matter how that client wants to keep in touch, we are always available to that client.
To us, service means satifying our client and if satisfying our client means they need to move on, we understand that also. We never hold our clients to a long term contract, in fact our contracts are all month to month. We want our clients to know that if we cant satisfy them with our service, they can find another company without any stress of breaking a contract with us.
We take the word "SERVICE" very seriously and will always strive to live up to the definition of that word in our business
