2015 Real Estate outlook
The outlook for Real Estate Sales in 2015 seems to point in
a positive direction. The job market looks positive and people seem to have a
better outlook towards the future. In my business of Property Management in
Orange County Ca. I am advising my clients that if they are thinking about selling,
this could be a good time to start the process for a Spring sale.
Now of course no one really knows what the future will bring
and if you look at the stock market, volatility seems to be the word of the
day, but the time may be right for clients of mine who have been holding on for
a while, hoping the price of housing would return to the wonder days of a few
years ago, to finally make the decision to sell.
In my business of Property Management in Anaheim Ca. I have
several clients who are thinking of expanding their Real Estate Investment
Holdings. This may not be such a bad time, being that interest rates are great. Some
may think that it is either a buyer’s market, or a seller’s market, but we may
be settling into a normal market.
I know a normal market is not what people expect anymore, since
we seem to jump from one bubble to another in Real Estate, but I really feel as
though we are in a good position for people who are in the market to buy, to go
ahead and move forward and also people who want to sell, to also move forward.
The rental Market is also strong, so some may also want to
do a 1031 exchange sale and avoid paying taxes on the sale of their investment
property and buy a multi-family property
