Fee's, Accounting & Bookkeeping

Landlord Monthly Management Cost
The cost of Management per month is 6% of monthly rent

Tenant Move in Cost
To acquire a new Tenant and move them into a Property, the cost is 1/2 of one months rent.

Owner Distribution
We distribute owner funds quickly, using Direct Deposit. Once we transfer the money, the funds will be available in 2 to 3 business days

Monthly and Year End Reports
We email monthly accounting reports and year end Income/Expense and Schedule E Assist Reports. 1099's are mailed in a timely fashion.

  What to do with ourselves  

 

 

 

I love to lean on things, whenever I am in a room; I try and find something to lean on. Sitting is not always my favorite way to spend my time, especially if I’m not going to be around for that long.

 

I have mentioned before that I love Dutch Doors, those are the doors that open on the top, while leaving the bottom in place. Dutch doors are great to lean on. Tall tables are also great to lean on, some offices are making their tables tall, so employees can work from the standing position. If you ever give a speech, if you lean slightly on the podium, it will give you a relaxed look and also relaxed feeling.

 

When you are decorating your home, one of the most important things to consider is how to have the seating arranged. You want to make sure that there is ample seating, but you don’t want to create areas where there is no room to get around without walking in front of everyone. If you would keep in mind that some areas of the room can be leaning area’s then that may give you more room to have people be able to be comfortable without taking up space for a piece of furniture.

 

Whenever I am in a social situation, I look for area’s that I can be comfortable at and if I can find a place to lean but still be able to have conversations with others then I am very happy and I know others feel the same way. If you ever go to a sporting event, how many people, especially men, do you find leaning on a rail, or a fence, watching the game. It’s just seems to be natural and for me, leaning allows me to be able to move around without disturbing others. Leaning also allows the leaner’s to be away from the crown and concentrate on the event at hand.

 

I understand that making a room with area’s to lean is never a big part of the decorating process, but my dream room is a room that has many areas’s to lean. I have tall tables and a bar that I can lean on and also see the entire room. In my business of Property Management in Anaheim Ca. I don’t see many homes with interior areas to lean, so when I go into these homes, I find myself leaning on a door jam or some other area of the home that allows me to lean. 

 

The next time you think about decorating a room, try and leave a couple of areas for people like me who like to lean on things.
