Fee's, Accounting & Bookkeeping

Landlord Monthly Management Cost
The cost of Management per month is 6% of monthly rent

Tenant Move in Cost
To acquire a new Tenant and move them into a Property, the cost is 1/2 of one months rent.

Owner Distribution
We distribute owner funds quickly, using Direct Deposit. Once we transfer the money, the funds will be available in 2 to 3 business days

Monthly and Year End Reports
We email monthly accounting reports and year end Income/Expense and Schedule E Assist Reports. 1099's are mailed in a timely fashion.

  I was watching some pre-season football games this weekend and I have to say how amazed I was at the crowds that are showing up at these games. In Seattle, it seemed like a championship atmosphere and in the Philadelphia game, Tebowmania was back. Now all this may not be so surprising if it were the start of the regular season, but these are pre-season games, basically practice games. Most of the stars that people would want to see are not even playing in these first games and if they do, it is only for a brief time.

 

As a business man who is always struggling to find the best way to market my business, I have to be amazed at the Brand of the NFL. This brand is so strong that people are paying to basically see these teams practice, and the excitement that is generated at these practice games is nothing short of amazing. A few years back, these games did not seem as well attended as they do today, in fact now as you watch these games on TV,  they are marketing these games just as they do regular season games with commercials that are promoting match ups that are coming up the next week.

 

I keep hearing that all the scandals that players are having and the deflate gate that has so badly been mishandled by the NFL, are going to hurt the game, but obviously that is not the case. I have canceled my Football package from Direct TV because I was tired of hearing about deflated footballs, but the NFL with all its warts seems to be stronger then ever in the eyes of the fans.

 

What can we learn as business people from the NFL? It all comes back to the three basic words that all businesses need in order to succeed, “WANT, NEED, DESIRE” If you give people what they want, or what they need or what they desire, then you will have a successful business and marketing your product or service becomes much easier if your business has all three. In my business of Property Management in Orange County California, I like to think of my business as having all three.  People who own investment property want to have a good property management company to help them with their investment, they need to have their property well managed and also they need to keep those properties filled, and they desire to have a management company who is reliable and will do the things that are needed in order to keep their investment profitable. Now all I need is the marketing team that the NFL has and also the NFL type funds needed to promote my business and my business will be as successful as the NFL.

 

Well, maybe I am over exaggerating a bit, but there is much to be learned by the NFL and the way they market their brand and I know I am going to see if there are things that they are doing that can also help my small business.
