Fee's, Accounting & Bookkeeping

Landlord Monthly Management Cost
The cost of Management per month is 6% of monthly rent

Tenant Move in Cost
To acquire a new Tenant and move them into a Property, the cost is 1/2 of one months rent.

Owner Distribution
We distribute owner funds quickly, using Direct Deposit. Once we transfer the money, the funds will be available in 2 to 3 business days

Monthly and Year End Reports
We email monthly accounting reports and year end Income/Expense and Schedule E Assist Reports. 1099's are mailed in a timely fashion.

The American people are not stupid!

 

 

 

Despite what we have been hearing for the last week or so, the last thing that the American people are, are stupid. I think the best word to describe Americans is” BUSY”. Everyone I know and the people that I deal with in my business, Property Management in Orange County Ca.  Work very hard to try and get ahead in life. No one has time to waste in dealing with the minutia of the Government. We go to the election booth every two years to hire people to do that for us.

 

The one thing that Americans must do, though is make sure that we take a little more time when the elections do come around and find out who and what we are voting for. The most important thing is to ignore the commercials that we are bombarded with. So much is made of the big national elections, but too many of us ignore what really affects our lives every day. Many of the local decisions that we make in the voting booth can have a large impact on our lives.

 

Property Management in Orange County California gives me the opportunity to deal with many different cities. For example My Company also does Property Management in Anaheim Ca.  In Anaheim, I find the people in the city very easy to deal with. I have had many occasions when I had to call and get answers and have never had a bad experience. I also do Property Management in Huntington Beach Ca. and have had the same experience. The reason these cities are run so well is the local people that are elected. That is why local elections are as important to the daily lives of the people as the national elections are.

 

Because I am a General Contractor as well as a Real Estate Broker, dealing with local laws and restrictions can be a very frustrating task.  It takes perseverance and patients to get through the process and being able to deal with competent people makes the task much more palatable.  The local people that we elect are directly responsible for the attitude of the local governments and we should treat them as employees, if they do a poor job, we should fire them at the next election, just as we would fire someone who we hire to do a job at our home, or at our office. As a Property Manager in Orange County Ca. If I don't do my job, I will be fired without question

 

Like I said at the start, the American People are not stupid; we do though need to take the time to make good decisions at the ballot box. Oh and by the way, the guy that called all of us stupid was paid $400,000.00 of our tax money. So we should find out who is responsible for hiring him and fire them.
