The easier life is, creating problems becomes a hobby
I am always amazed at people who have so much and complain
about things that most people never think about. The majority of people in this
Country get up every morning and go to work to take care of their families and
put food on the table and a roof over their head, but the few who don’t have to
worry about those essentials create problems and talk about things that have no
meaning to the rest of the country, not to mention the rest of the word.
I was watching a business program and a very wealthy celebrity
came on to tell people that they should be vegetarians, because the food we are
eating is killing us. He does not mention that people are living longer and
more people around the world have food today than ever before. Do you think
that young child in Africa that would have starved a decade ago is concerned
about mass produced food or is that child happy they have something to eat.
This celebrity was concerned about the beef passing gas and how it hurts the earth.
I wonder if he realized how stupid he sounds. I am sure the people he surrounds
himself with tell him how brilliant he is.
The reason I bring this up, is that unfortunately people
like this get their word out and it affects the rest of us due to the fact that
politicians want to be around these people and of course want their money.
Could you imagine this celebrity telling that child that he should not eat meat
because the cow farts? How ridiculous and all of us need to ignore these
ridiculous people. I am all for clean food, but I will never understand people
who tell us the sky is falling because of flatulence.
I also love the celebrities and politician who run around
the world on private jets complaining about Global warming. I have my own views
on this topic, but the hypocrisy of these people who live their lives one way,
but tell the rest of us to sacrifice to save the planet is nauseating. I have seen
the homes these people live in and believe me, their footprint is so much
larger than the rest of us, and they should be ashamed. I am all for people who
can afford life’s luxuries to enjoy, but don’t tell the rest of us to limit our
minor luxuries in order to conserve.
People should be the best they can be and we should all care
about taking care of the place we live, but let’s not create problems that don’t
exist just to make ourselves feel relevant.
